A Little Ditty from a Visitor

THE WETLANDS
It's place that we go, when things get too dyer,
Where we enjoy a two-egg omelette, made by Angie on her fryer.
The peace and tranquility that is missed every day,
Is here all the time if you wish to get away.
The birds sing their songs and the stoats do their scurry,
As we amble hand in hand in particular hurry.
The calmness of the water with it's reflections of the trees,
It's the perfect way to spend an hour or two..or three.
Angie keeps us fed and watered with her WILD BIRD CANTEEN,
Bring your own chair on Sunday, for Pork sandwiches she is Queen.
To sit and chill. to relax and forget,it is the best place on earth,
One thats miles away from busy life and all that it is worth.
The birds are so happy here,from far flung places they have flew,
If I had to fly away, to another life, another quest,
I would always return home here,as here is where life is best !
